Before you book

Do I need to be on Klaviyo already?

No. If you're on Mailchimp or nothing yet, setting up Klaviyo and moving you across is part of the work.

What does it cost?

It depends on what your business actually needs, so there's no flat rate. After a 15-minute call you get a written proposal with the fee in it. No minimum term.

Does anything send without me seeing it?

No. You review every flow before it goes live.

Is it really just you?
